Welcome to Bonsai Zen Play. By accessing our website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Our sanctuary is designed for entertainment purposes only. Please read these terms carefully before stepping into the Whispering Garden.

2. Strict Age Requirement (18+)

Bonsai Zen Play carries a strict R18 classification. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter the sanctuary and play our games. By playing, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement.

3. No Real Money Gambling

Our games, including Bonsai Bloom and Lotus Leaf Cascade, are 100% free to play. Dewdrops are a virtual currency with absolutely no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or redeemed for real money or prizes.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, games, text, and Master Kiri are the exclusive property of Whispering Garden Entertainment NZ Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Bonsai Zen Play without explicit written permission.

5. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

6. Limitation of Liability

Whispering Garden Entertainment NZ Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, including the loss of virtual Dewdrops due to technical errors.
